The Lemans GT
Great page for a less common G3 Poncho.

These cars were avail early on with option of an SD-455 motor. If you ever see one for sale check the deck on the block- all SD-455's begin with the code "XD". Nice cars, they were even avail in 77 along side the Can Am's & in 73,74 & 75 (no 76's).

Re: The Lemans GT
I saw one last fall ,somebody 's clapped out daily driver. I noticed the small GT emblem on the front fender. I think it was a 74-75. Don't remember.

Re: The Lemans GT
Montec posted a silver one with T-tops in March, how cool would that be? It had stripes that remind me of your SE, Limey.

Nice. It's a "Grand Le Mans". The rear tire skirts only came on those models I think.Limey SE wrote:http://tucson.craigslist.org/cto/3782015445.html
I'd like a white one.

That would be cool for sure, On a side note on a road not to far from here ( my house ) Havent went this way in years, Long story short peeked over in the back side yard whilst driving by and caught the glimpse of a black car with Tri color Orangish stripes I was already running late to get my daughter off bus or I would have turned around .........HAVE TO DEF GO BACK I know it was a good size car Bigger than an Aspen R/t but smaller than a Cadillac .......All I know is I caught that glimpse of them stripes about poo'ed my self

Re: The Lemans GT
Cool. I've only seen the T-tops on Grand Prix's. The brochure for the 73 GT shows an avail power sunroof option also.
